Brief: Cater for 100 guests. No kitchen use on site so looking to have some top notch cold options buffet style for their guests. Delivered and ready to go when they arrive.
We had a fantastic time working with this Becca and Scott catering for their daughter's Christening. We had been recommended to them from a previous event we had catered for and although they were gutted the venue wasn't able to let us cook/warm on-site they were delighted with the cold option buffet we provided.
After sending over recommended options we went with 8 trays of sandwiches, 1 tray of vegetarian mini quiche, 2 trays of chicken satay skewers, 4 trays of sausage rolls, and 2 x Pasta Salad bowls ( 1 Pesto, 1 Honey mustard )
We prepared all of the above fresh in the morning and delivered to the venue so the buffet was all set for them arriving and lids just had to be removed when they were ready to eat.
